Please bring a completed Application for Utility Services, proof of occupancy (a lease for renters or a settlement statement or closing disclosure for new homeowners), drivers license, and social security card. Deposits are based on a credit score and range depending on services offered at the property location. The deposit must be paid in full before service can be established.
