PUBLIC NOTICE: MONTICELLO MAYOR AND COUNCIL, AND PLANNING COMMISSION, PUBLIC HEARINGS ON CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION:
Per OCGA 36-66-1, et seq., the Planning Commission, and then the City Council, will conduct Public Hearings on the following on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 11 AM, then on Tuesday June 8, 2021 at 6 PM., respectively, each in the Council Chambers in City Hall at 123 West Washington Street, Monticello, GA 31064. A decision will be made at the June 8 Council meeting, or soon after at an announced public meeting.
Application 2021CU-002. Erik Owen, applicant for Judy Hunsucker, requests a Conditional Use at 421 East Greene Street for an inn, kitchen, and event center. This tract is tax map M05B 033.
Copies of the Zoning map, Zoning policies and procedures, and Zoning standards are available for review, as are the Application and the Zoning Ordinance in its entirety, at http://www.monticellogeorgia.org, and at Monticello City Hall, 123 West Washington Street, Monticello, GA 31064, during regular business hours, and will be available at the public hearing.
