message from city of monticello regarding utility bills

The City of Monticello’s City Hall has been closed from November 20, 2020 – December 2, 2020, due to COVID-19 exposure.  This closure will result in a delay in customers receiving their utility bills.  The City of Monticello is waiving utility bill late fees for December 2020.
