COVID-19 RESPONSE ~ April 1, 2020

In an abundance of caution related to COVID-19, Monticello City Hall
will be closed to the public until April 30, 2020 to protect staff and
visitors to the building.

Even though city hall offices will be closed to visitors, the city
government remains open for business. All essential services will
continue including water, sewer, electricity, natural gas, and garbage
pickup.

For bill payments, the city has online tools available on our website
http://www.monticelloga.org. We also have a drop box in the alley adjacent
to city hall. Payments can also be mailed to P.O. Box 269, Monticello,
Ga 31064. Payments can be paid over the telephone by calling
706.468.6062 with a debit or credit card. Drop box payments should
be by check, money order, or credit card information included. No
cash payments through the drop box.

During the month of April, utility disconnects will be suspended for this
billing cycle.
If you need further assistance, please call Monticello City Hall at

706.468.6062. After normal business hours please call 911 for
emergencies.

Thank you,
Bryan Standifer, Mayor
